Will Cave

Will is a Senior Manager at Caliba and is responsible for the management of our Healthcare delivery teams. Will is a highly skilled project manager with extensive experience working alongside client executive teams to develop and implement cost reduction projects within large organisations.

Will previously worked as a Senior Consultant in the Supply Chain and Operations team in Brisbane’s EY Advisory Practice. In this role, Will was responsible for the delivery of projects across multiple industries, including healthcare, mining, power and utilities, and primary industries.  Will specialised in cost reduction, procurement, operational performance improvement, and project management.

Will has a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Queensland, with an Extended Major in Civil Engineering.
